A gift to the next generation.

Children’s Programs

Our programs are open to all children, including those with developmental challenges, and are designed to foster empathy and kindness through meaningful interactions with animals. Working with horses and other animals in nature offers a sense of peace and calm. There’s no timeline, no social pressures, and no imposed standards—factors that can often make children feel anxious or as if they don’t fit in.

Through our supervised group programs, which include options for children on the autism spectrum, kids will learn to build connections with the animals through activities like touch, grooming, and feeding. For children who may feel marginalized or isolated, forming bonds with animals can create a sense of belonging. Animals don’t distinguish between children; they respond to kindness, regardless of any differences.

Nature Programs

“Forest therapy” courses, primarily designed to support children with emotional or life challenges, are available to anyone interested in learning about the natural world.

We offer guided walking tours to explore the forest and hiking trails on the property, providing an experiential opportunity to discover the farm’s rich biodiversity, learn about local flora and fauna, and deepen our appreciation of the natural world.

Our programs are designed to foster a connection to nature, inspire exploration of the outdoors, support wildlife, and build environmental awareness in participants’ own communities.

Walking tours to begin in the spring 2025.

We invite parents and educators to collaborate with us. Please contact us to learn more about our healing programs.
